A lot of it is due to differences in housing stock between the two clusters. I think a house in Flower Valley is similarly priced to a comparable year and size in RM. Rockville has a lot of ramblers that feed into it. In addition, RM is closer to metro and I-270 which plays a role in prices.[/quote]
