I commented up thread. Email the teacher and find out what’s going on. She seems to be picky about the type of water bottles she wants them to use.

The squeeze bottle was a very good idea. If you already own one then email the teacher and say this is what I’m sending in because this is what I already have and I don’t want to spend the money on a new water bottle this year.

+1 this teacher seems overly controlling IMO to be so uptight about the specific type of water bottle. She should have just dictated at the beginning of the school year the types she would allow.

Since there are only a few weeks left, I'd send whatever water bottle works for you and your kid and your snacks sounds perfectly fine. I do wonder if he is asking other kids to share their snack because it looks more appealing and the teacher is interpreting that as him being "hungry" when he just wants something different.

The whole water/snacks thing IMO has gone completely insane. You don't need TWO snacks + lunch during the school day and you don't need to be drinking water all day. But this is now the world we have to live in  :roll: [/quote]
