High performers switching jobs come with a long list of references and their reputation. LinkedIn is a waste for in-house lobbyists, political operatives, and finance types. Lawyers love it for BD and pushing out their content. And then the other professions seem to like it for a variety of reasons. I’ve been toying with deactivating. [/quote]
