Deportation.  The vast majority of them have no rightful claim to be in this country.  They know it.  We know it.  
And, they can begin by finding and deporting the millions who have already had a court determine they are ineligible to stay, but they have not left.

+1 and that includes even the sympathetic migrants (DACA, TPS). If we grant mass amnesty you can bet on millions more showing up hoping to be here for the next amnesty.[/quote]
