Sh*t happens. [/quote] NP. Not the same thing. When DC redistricts they grandfather kids already at that school. For example, kids who are now IB for MacArthur but already at JR may remain. That policy has been applied to ES and MS as well, allowing kids to remain through terminal grade of the enrolled school. The new policy is quite different in that respect.[/quote]
