Public trashcans are emptied daily, by a team that only deals with public cans. Residential is only picked up once or twice a week (depending where you live) and it's done by a team that only deals with residential. I mean really. How have you not been hit by a bus yet? I'd think that with your total lack of awareness of your surroundings, you'd be in constant danger. [/quote]
