I would be emaciated at 115, which was my weight at age 13. Now I'm lifting a lot and circuit training and 135ish would probably be ideal but without restricting my diet very much, I'm around 150. I'm stronger than I've ever been and my cholesterol, blood sugar, resting heart rate, etc are better than ever.[/quote]
