She's making the rounds promoting her new book and is also in People magazine talking about falling in love again. She just met him in person in March (four-five weeks ago?) and they have a rule about seeing each other every three weeks. “We never go longer than that without seeing each other,” says Bertinelli, who's new cookbook Indulge is out now. “After all, it’s about finding the joy in life and sharing it.” https://people.com/valerie-bertinelli-reveals-three-week-rule-keeping-her-new-romance-alive-exclusive-8623644
If she sees him every three weeks at a minimum and just met him in March, and she's announcing this rule now, does that mean she's seen him once only? (Otherwise, it seems you'd be seeing him all the time and wouldn't mention that rule until it was at the point you were not seeing each other frequently.)
is it the realhoarse guy on twitter or were they just joking around about it?
I think it’s really him. [twitter]https://x.com/therealhoarse/status/1777904152359968949?s=46&t=kf1qYlCXQnKgUhJWEIu2vg[/twitter]
“Back when the event first came up, my girlfriend and I hadn’t even met in person yet. We were still in what now seems like a comically quaint phase of pretending we were just friends while talking on the phone five hours a day and feeling like it had been too short, too little.” https://www.hoarsewhisperings.com/p/we-interrupt-this-interrupted-telecast
I have to say, I feel ridiculously charmed at the idea that people are making friends and finding love online like this still. It feels so retro, and I really hope these delightful weirdos can make it work. Back in the early 2000s I was on an anonymous message board where a bunch of us decided to have a meet-up. There was one guy there who was so cute and I kept trying to talk to him, but this other guy wouldn't let me alone. Well this other guy and I ended up becoming great friends, hanging out all the time, I introduced him to one of my other great friends - they ended up living together for like 10 years. They're both marred to other people now but it was fun - it was just fun - having your online friends and making them real, back then. Haven't done something like that in a long time.
Oooohhh - what message board? I was on Fametracker and Princess Marie Chantal of Greece.
