[/quote] Since you moved to the DC area you should read the history of Northern Virginia and how politics did their best to keep Black people down. Example , Arlington people typically had deeds to their houses that did not allow them to sell to people who were not Caucasian. Redlining, segregated schools and neighborhoods. Kids should be taught the history of their neighborhoods and towns, good and bad. Do you live in a town where White people are only about 50%?[/quote]
