I really dislike false equivalencies when it comes to religions. Mormonism was founded by a con man, if one is being charitable, a treasonous criminal if one is not. It is not a religion but a cult-like business, urging its patrons to earn evermore, because, contrary to Jesus's actual teachings, according to their higher ups, having more money is always good. They then reap the required 10% tithe and pour it into money making schemes, like the brand new 5 billion dollar in SLC, rather than charity (an admittedly biased site, www.exmormon.org, has lots of info and stories). Mormons are some of the kindest and smuggest people I have ever met. Mitt's beliefs, in as much as Mormonism is a "whole life" church most certainly pertain.
