Drape cheesecloth over strainer and place over bowl. Spoon yogurt into cloth and then wring it. Let sit over bowl in fridge overnight. Viola! Greek yogurt![/quote] That works, but it's messy. There are purpose-made strainers that are very fine, like a reusable coffee filter. You make the cost back in no time, very easy and they go in the dishwasher. [/quote]
