You can still find her name if you search the way back machine, she is listed as the treasurer for accounts payable, then disappears later in the year:

It looks like she worked USAID contractors, so she wouldn't necessarily need a clearance, but she. may have been managing budgets for these companies. Surprised that they never pressed charges though.[/quote]

Failing upwards in upper NW.  But even then I can't imagine putting my own job on the line by vouching for someone that I know stole $40,000 from an elementary school PTA.[/quote]
