Yeah, Oprah and Kelly and so many celebs who used the drug really look exactly like you described. I use them as examples because they are famous and people know them. I lost 60 lbs over more than a year. I are healthy and exercised and didn’t lose the weight super quickly. I look like nothing you describe. I’m also keeping it off (a year so far) without Ozempic. But you know what I DID lose in addition to pounds? High BP and high cholesterol. My IBS is a lot better managed too. But as far long term, feel free to use Google and educate yourself.
