I just ate at Zaytinya a couple weeks ago as a reunion get-together with a friend that moved away from DC 7 years ago and was in town on a work trip. We were both so happy to see the quality is still top notch and the restaurant looks great and our service was excellent during a busy lunch service. Yes, it's sticking with a time-tested model as I think it's been open for 15 years, maybe longer? If I still lived in DC I probably would focus on more exciting and new restaurants, but Zaytinya is still as good as it's ever been.[/quote]
