Dear MYS Parents,

Please find attached a letter requesting a Special Meeting with the Board to answer very specific questions, including recent changes to the by-laws (which stripped the Membership of the ability to hold the Board accountable), the recent merger announcement (which was done in haste and without considering the impact to the boys), and the conflict-of-interest issues among certain MYS Staff within the Girls Program (which are not unrelated to the hasty decision made with regards to this merger).  These questions will likely not be addressed at the Town Hall meeting scheduled this Thursday (which I, unfortunately, will not be able to attend due to a conflict); hence, why we are requesting a Special Meeting to address these more relevant questions, which we believe are critical to understanding what just transpired (and has been transpiring) within the Club.

Please review ASAP and if you would like to be a signatory on this letter, please reply confirming your support and then use the following link and add your name.  We're tyring to get as many signatures as possible so the Board understands how serious these issues are to the Membership.
