You make a great point.  This country does not have the resources in place or the infrastructure to provide services to anyone who can walk through the borders.  It is sad but true.  As we see the spike in homeless persons and the issues they encounter - we need to understand this analogous situation. We simply do not have a plan.  And the hit everyone else is taking - in crime, education, community resources - should not be.  [/quote]
