They should move KSAC there and open up another RMSC or open it up to other swim groups.[/quote] NP - the new SS pool isn't big enough to host the full KSAC RMSC group or any other that's reasonably large. The lack of parking absolutely sucks and it's also very poorly designed for dropping off in front, as you can do at KSAC. My kids swim at Fairland, so I have no dog in the swim club fight, but as an adult swimmer it's annoying AF. The new pool seems built primarily for people who live within walking distance. That's great for them - truly - but not helpful for alleviating the gap left by KSAC's renovation. They could use the new pool for competitions, I think, at least smaller ones. The main lap pool could have 10 lanes (maybe 8) across, which is fine. It's the space outside the pool that would prohibit larger meets, not to mention the parking issue.[/quote]
