I am gluten free too. If I didn't watch what I ate I'd be on the floor unable to swallow and have chest pain so hard you'd think I was having a heart attack. That being said when I had those kinds of gatherings I had a two sided table, one gluten free the other not. Little card directing those that want whatever. Middle of the table for drinks. I never expected anyone to cater to my needs. A soda worked fine. I usually don't eat at someone's home because I never know what will trigger my pain. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Magnolia-Mixes-Gluten-Free-Lemon-Pound-Cake-Mix-14-Ounces-each-Pack-of-2/459231872?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=101084238&adid=22222222227459231872_101084238_14069003552_202077872&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=42423897272&wl4=aud-393207457166:pla-295289030566&wl5=9025459&wl6=&wl7=&wl8=&wl9=pla&wl10=453014770&wl11=online&wl12=459231872_101084238&veh=sem&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI5-Ld0OXJhAMVgTitBh0Y6AD0EAQYAiABEgLAaPD_BwE You would never know this was pound cake was gluten free. A little powdered sugar and lemon concentrate to drizzle. SO GOOD. Also look for gluten free chips. They are gluten free, I eat them. I always say gluten free ? I'll be the judge of that. Lots don't taste good but when you find something good you should share that find. I hate having to eat like this but I have no choice.
