Choosing people for educational opportunities based on being slightly ahead in development at a young age (or being "redshirted"), aso and known as "people who need it less", is stupid. Yes, tests are a decent way to measure results (but the tests we have aren't necessarily good tests outside of narrow domains).[/quote]
