of course they are, but if you don't go, the DEI crowd will say that you are part of the problem, and if you do go, they will expect you to admit that you are part of the problem.  And if heaven forbid you say anything (whether deliberate or inadvertent) that challenges or contradicts the narrative, then you are branded racist.     [/quote]

Perhaps that's true in your hypothetical world, but in the reality of the school only a small group of people who want to and have the time focus on the work choose to do so. [/quote]
