Any sexual harassment claim in ed has to go through the title 9 office. According to the OIG report the title 9 coordinator passed sexual harassment claims (as a matter of mcps policy) to the Compliance and Investigations office. According to federal regulations, title 9 coordinator is supposed to be a part of all investigations (not just the complaints) related to sexual harassment.
