It can be family or hired help but its always someone who is physically doing it.[/quote] Balancing work and kids is hard, even if they are in school/daycare. You have to take care of all family and household things between 5-10pm, after a workday, and also try to fit in leisure time somewhere. It’s different than being able to take care of things in the middle of the day so that everyone can enjoy their free time on evenings and weekends.[/quote]
