She has single-handedly renewed our relationship with the world, so I'm very glad she's been at State. As POTUS, I think she would have taken a harder line with Congress in passing economic recovery measures, but I also think the Tea Party would not have been as much a factor, [b]since I firmly believe they're mainly a reaction to the First Black President.[/b][/quote]

What did small business want that it did not get?  They expanded the SBA programs, created a $30 billion loan facility to encourage private bank lending to small businesses, another $15 billion to state small business programs, eliminated capital gains on small business investments, they created a raft of accelerated depreciation and writeoff giveaways, allowed self employed people to deduct health insurance costs, more tax credits, and they changed IRS penalties to favor small businesses.
