You should at bare minimum eat a serving of nuts first thing when you wake up - walnuts are best in terms of nutrient profile. Losing weight rapidly almost always means losing some muscle mass and not just fat. That changes your metabolic health and if you regain the weight you lost you’ll be fatter overall than you were before. Weight training is CRITICAL to losing weight without messing up your metabolism.[/quote]
