I hit my 40's and the weight does not just come off easily even if I starve myself. It's so weird!! I can lose almost 10 pounds but drinking water and a salad a day later will have me back up 5 pounds. But I know it's possible bc we see Actors fit and slim on tv who are older, so it is possible. I started going to the gym this year, coupled with eating VERY healthy, I'm hoping something happens tis year. The weight is so annoying, good luck to you.[/quote]
