They seem to be just content to keep the status quo.  Some small successes here and there, but not big plans to change, foster Rec players and coaches into travel players and travel coaches.  They loose some top players to ECNL clubs, but otherwise, just keep they are in a maintain phase; but they are branching out into LAX, basketball and flag football.  Also, lots of financial-aid scholarships.[/quote]
