Someone with Ring camera footage of the offender called in and then walked in to the 2nd District Station to offer it up. And they were rude and totally disinterested. When the city declines to prosecute anyone, the police consider it a waste of time to even go looking for offenders. Our city is broken, and f***ed. [/quote]
