Families keeps staying in touch with them, sends photos of their graduation for example. I know 20 years old people who still are in touch with their nannies. It's very sweet! There are many excellent workers out there and don't need to have a perfect English. What matters are the skills and the love and care these nannies gives. I know Americans living in other countries and don't know the language. And they are mostly treated well, even some Hispanics knows a bit of English or the Americans uses an translator app or device or tries to speak a bit of Spanish Use the technology! We live in an interconnected world Not in a bubble[/quote]
