Mola has no issue cutting the throats of his staff (throwing them under the bus, scoring them low for not drinking the kool-aid and disagreeing with him and he is particularly harsh with Black women). Mola allows students to do as they please with no consequences or accountability and he calls that “love and care” it is extremely detrimental and does make teachers’ jobs way harder.

Blake is also gross. Everything he does performative and he could care less about the students. He also goes out of his way to sink people when they disagree with him or have push back against certain ideas. A lot of what he presents as his own work and ideas are actually the ideas of Cardozo staff and he spins it as his own without crediting the right people. The people that discussed him being hungover hit it on the nail. I have actually seen him drinking during working hours. He is a bully and actually feeds the students what to do and say during interviews and when the cameras are on. This entire initiative was a way of both of these men making headlines and adding to their resume. There has been no real regard for the students, their academic progression or assisting them through their real traumas. [/quote]
