The cluster > the status quo, so they are going to support it. The only way around it is to propose something else that would improve the status quo for them. But "more money and a new principal" isn't it. Nor are at risk set asides at Maury. People are not going to work against their own interest. A cluster is presently the best option for Miner IB families' interest.[/quote]
