When is the exact date past which we cannot add players to rosters? When do the roster numbers need to be turned in? What is the exact date after which we cannot add more teams? I assume "mid/late February" "registration deadline"  is the deadline for adding more teams although that is vague and could mean no more new players.

Everything is being loaded via demosphere, what does that mean? Every organization's volunteer will need administrative access to demosphere?

Mid/Late February - Spring 2024 Registration Closes

At least it's something and implies there will be a spring season. Prior to that one small posting, there was no acknowledgment that rec would even be offered by NCSL [/quote]
