If you're willing to spend money and she is slim, I would recommend Primary.com - their clothes are very durable and solid and stripes, so they're pretty classic for staples.
Primary has amazing sales and is less expensive than many of the places already listed in this post.
Even on sale, it's more expensive than Target, but it is great quality and long lasting (I have been able to sell everything after my 2nd kid goes through it).
I agree about Primary- I have a older boy and younger girl and with the exception of a couple pairs of joggers that DS destroyed in the knees, I've been able to pass along everything DS wore to DD and it still looks good. But we have plenty of Cat and Jack too. We certainly have some Hanna/Boden although tend toward the more basic solids, stripes, and gender neutral graphics. DD has never been into super cutesy girly stuff though, she'd rather wear big brother's old "I can dig it" tractor shirt than one with a unicorn. All this to say that unless you know her preferences, I think buying a few things now but then taking niece out shopping once she's settled is a good idea- Target, Old Navy, Gap, H&M always have a decent selection in store.
