He has a protocol for people to transition to a high fiber (meaning the RDA, because most Americans get nowhere close to the RDA of fiber) diet without experiencing gastrointestinal distress. https://theplantfedgut.com/ I've been doing this the last six months and I cannot recommend highly enough - it's changed my life.
