I think the neckline level is fine but this was one of several dresses from the night with cut outs/sheerness that created some weird shadows on the red carpet. There were several shots of this dress where the lacing near her midsection had some weird dark spots that just looked... weird. I'm not a prude but I think the dress should have been designed for the lacing to go over the hip so it doesn't look so ready for a gyno appointment.
