Yes. She goes on to say that the 9th Circuit is deciding on a similar case in Idaho later this month. The assumption at this point is that those results will be different and SCOTUS will have to weigh in. If they decide that the inhumane laws in the pro-forced birth states   supersede the federal law that EMTALA is, watch out.[/quote]
