Its clear to me that theres no way to avoid some people having to do some kind of care but why force EVERY parent to do before care. It doesn't make sense to me. And yes earlier start time woud at least allow the possibility of staggering schedules. At 9:15 its a wash! Who can be there at 9:15?[/quote]
