[/quote] My builder is putting townhouses in the EHO townhouses he is building for that reason. He wants to appeal to affluent boomers who want to stay in or near their old neighborhoods. Because of the lot restrictions, garages will have to be built under the houses, and elevators will go from the garage to the three upper floors. The prices will be higher, but affordable. [/quote]
