The poor dog is probably barking because it is cold or lonely [/quote] There are people in our MC neighborhood who leave this mostly feral dog outside for hours, sometimes through the night, any weather, and let it bark constantly at literally any hour. They could not care less. Then they wonder why no one in the neighborhood associates with them (screeds on ND don’t count). [/quote]
