[/quote] When large companies close, they sell the merchandise to companies who specialize in dealing with disposing of lots of merchandise (sell to discounters, Ebay bulk, Family dollar, Roses, etc.). They cannot sell the food for health department reasons so can only cook it and sell it.[/quote]
