I think it is you who sounds like a piece of work.  And I wouldn't be the one to threaten retaliation, if you were the one abusing parking passes.  It wouldn't be too fun to find a note saying "Please don't misuse guest passes for commuter parking" affixed to your windshield (with superglue, perhaps, so it doesn't blow off).[/quote]
