I agree with the PP. Every suggestion on this thread just sounds shallow and weird. Honestly, it feels a little like desperation. I wonder, OP, if your son is feeling insecure about the situation. The best thing he can do it talk to her about what happened and what he will do to make sure that doesn't happen in the future. But also, maybe therapy to understand that there's nothing wrong with a woman saving a man. No need to put her back in her place with cheesy jewelry.[/quote]
