^ My thoughts exactly! And most abortions (> 95 % ) are preventable just use protection, iud, pills, vasectomy, etc but crime is not. Sometimes you are at the wrong place at the wrong time. My vote is for crime prevention and pregnancy prevention (get an IUD ladies or vasectomy brothers) [/quote]

Rights shouldn’t vary state by state. It should be LEGAL everywhere. Certainly in my own state.
