And the Gin Stephens book was so helpful for me in terms of managing my expectations - I don’t expect to see real results for another 3 months or so. And that’s only if I truly follow the regimen and don’t overeat too much during my eating window. To the prior posters who shared the clean fast information with me, THANK YOU so much. It’s really not that hard to fast when I’m doing the clean fast. I’ll check in again in another month or so!![/quote]
