If you have $30 million, most people would not want a house on 1 acre of land (my guess).  Also, there is airplane noise overhead, when you are that close to Georgetown.

But for someone who's a DC person who likes to entertain, this would be a great house!  Randomly, I think Jeff Bezos should buy it!  (He has a house in DC that a friend was able to visit for a fundraising event, and I was shocked to find where he lived and kind of how rundown the house seemed.)[/quote]
