If you think this is something to brag about, that's pathetic. You were clearly overworked, and if you value your time at all, you were most definitely underpaid. There is not enough money in this world to convince me to spend a year of my precious life in that way.[/quote]

You were not working those hours and no way if you had kids or a spouse you were watching tv weeknights. And, if you worked Amazon you’d be working many night, on your commute home and weekends.  It’s a global company and the expectation is to work the hours of the customer so it’s not exactly a 9-5 office job.  And, then add 2 hours commuting.

Amazon is trying to reduce staffing.  Instead of laying off which they recently did they are now using this as an excuse to get rid of people.  They are going to lose really good people.  It’s sad. [/quote]
