Sure.  Until he grabs you or your daughter - or worse.  Then you'll be outraged that he was never properly sentenced.  But for now, it's all good.  Just someone else's loved ones.

5 women, and possibly more who didn’t come forward. And he recorded them. Deliberately stalked them from the bushes, basically. No one is saying he needs to be LoCkEd Up FoReVeR or whatever you crime apologists are advocating for. But what would he have been charged with if he did this a few months later as an 18 year old and how long would his sentence have been? That’s what I want. Maybe it’s 90 days in adult detention + sex offender registry + the diversion class, I don’t know. But that seems much more fair than 10 days in juvenile, no registry, the offender class, and going back to regular HS like nothing ever happened.[/quote]
