He does have some criminal charges from this summer, including charges related to his dangerous driving, but I don't know if those charges would typically include jail time. I seriously doubt people are routinely receive jail time for misdemeanor theft. Maybe felony theft, but that charge is even more recent, just last month.[/quote]
