The police officer was there trying to physically stop the speeding car of a known extremely reckless driver. Protocol should be such that the police officers's bodies are not exposed to the threat they are trying to stop. This guy should have been arrested years ago, and whenever he was detected on the roads, followed by a helicopter not a police car, and have his car impounded each time. Then jailed for refusal to pay fines. [/quote]
