I wake up at 6:45 and brush teeth, brush hair, and throw on some workout clothes. I can drink coffee more slowly, might make teen DS more breakfast if he hasn't eaten already or wants more food, feed the cats if they haven't been fed. Jump in the car and take DS to school at 7:25. Take a 30-60 minute walk.

If I'm heading in to work I'll shower right away and get on the road by 9:30. If I'm working from home I'll wash my face and throw on some blush and mascara and lipgloss and a sweater blazer and earrings and jump on a meeting. Maybe I'll run an errand if I don't have a meeting until later. Shower whenever. I don't like to eat until about noon but I'll have 2-3 cups of coffee and seltzer.  [/quote]
