I think APS planning staff are awful, but I don’t know that anyone could have predicted a massive global pandemic causing a multi-year shut down of schools, followed by an increasingly wealthy demographic pulling their kids to go to private schools. As others have said, 22207 remains as popular as ever for raising families and people continue to come here from DC, Alexandria, and outside of the area. COVID really screwed things up - the permanence of which is still very much in doubt. [/quote]
